Commodore And Classic Holden Enthusiasts Incorporated and its committee do not hold any liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring on club cruises and whilst at club events. The member shall waive the right of action at law against the club and its committee for any loss, damage or injury sustained while on club cruises and events.
